The purpose of Luke810.Com is to show that there is so much to the Bible, and the Bible is a symmetric, unitary document. For this reason I present an article from Brother Brent Miller. Brother Miller is a scholarly Christian who has published The Pure Word, a translation of the New Testament from the Koine Greek. The following is his work. Day 1: Defines form for the heavens: Let there be Light (Genesis 1:3) and divided the light from the darkness.

Day 2: Defines form for the atmosphere & oceans: Let there be a firmament (Genesis 1:6) and divided the waters from under the firmament from above the firmament.

Day 3: Defines form for the land: Let the waters under the heaven be gathered together in one place (seas) and let dry land appear (earth). (Genesis 1:9) God tells the earth to bring forth grass and vegetation (but as of now there is no sun for them to grow).

God then uses the last three days of creation to fix the “void” problem where he populates the (4) “heavens”, (5) “the seas”, and (6) “the land”:

Day 4: Fixes the void problem for the heavens: Let there be the “light holders” (sun, moon, stars) in the heavens to divide the day from the night. (Genesis 1:14) Now that there is light from the sun, the grass and vegetation can grow and are now covering the earth.

Day 5: Fixes the void problem for the atmosphere & oceans: Let the waters abound with an abundance of sea animals and birds that fly above the earth; and that they should multiply after their kind. (Genesis 1:20-21)

Day 6: Fixes the void problem for the land: Let the earth bring forth living creatures according to its kind: cattle and creating things and beast of the earth, each according to their kind. (Genesis 1:24)

When we compare the sequence of the first three trumpet judgments in Revelation with the sequence of the days of creation in Genesis, we see that the earth is being made less ‘populated’ in the exact same sequence in which it was populated on days four, five and six.

1st Trumpet: (reversing day 4 of creating)
Fire cast to earth – 1/3rd of trees and grass burned. (Revelation 8:7)

2nd Trumpet: (reversing day 5 of creation)
Great Mountain cast into the sea – 1/3rd of sea life dies. (Revelation 8:8-9)

3rd Trumpet: (reversing day 6 of creation)
Great star falls to earth – 1/3rd of rivers and fountains turned bitter consequently causing a third of all land-dwelling animals to die. (Revelation 8:10-11)

Our Heavenly Father is a God of Order and not Chaos. There is an order to everything God does including the process in which He pours out His wrath on the unrepentant world to restore His order once again in preparation for His Millennial reign.
