In the beginning, the Lord created mankind in His image. (Genesis 1:26) Even though there are mentions of the face of God, or the hand of God or the Lord’s arm, these references may be metaphoric. Our Heavenly Father is a spirit, and we are clearly created in His spiritual image. The Lord loves, hates, is jealous and creative. We experience love, hate and jealously, and we are creative.

The Devil was the most beautiful and powerful of the Lord’s created beings. Because of his beauty, his pride was his downfall. (Ezekiel 28:17) The Devil lost his place in the spiritual realm, and for this reason, he hates the Lord. It then follows that because we are made in the image of God, the Devil hates us, all of mankind. The Devil loves the shedding of human blood.

Why have there been massive wars since the time of Nimrod? They were and are instigated by the Devil and principalities, powers and rulers of darkness in the spiritual world. (Ephesians 6:12) The shedding of human blood empowers these wicked spiritual beings. Human sacrifice is instigated by the Devil. The killing of innocent humans ranks high on their list. Abortion kills the most innocent. By encouraging abortion, worldwide, these spiritual beings are empowered, and we are witnessing the results of that empowerment around the world.

We live in a pagan world. Even here in the United States, the party currently in power has made numerous declarations and statements denying the reality of God and of promoting the killing of innocent humans through abortion. It is simple. Pagan countries do not honor God.

As we draw near the Last Days, the Devil’s plan has become more evident. The recent pestilence, commonly called COVID-19, which spread over the entire globe, did not come from the Lord. Does the orchestrated reaction of governments all over the world not strike you as unusual? Third world countries are requiring masks, shut-downs, and are using unproven vaccinations just like developed countries. Although pagan governments have reacted all in the same manner, in my opinion it is not human authorities making these decisions. Humans are announcing the decisions, but they are directed by the same Devil, and principalities, powers and rulers of darkness in the spiritual world.

The news media recently reported the damage and destruction of the “Georgia Guidestones.” One of the guiding principles engraved on the stones was the reduction of the human population to 500,000 people. This elimination of most of the human population is a common theme in articles and statements of elitist organizations like the World Economic Forum (WEF).

Who is directing our world leaders to make such statements? The answer: the Devil who hates us.

Our leaders are failing us in every nation upon the earth, but the Almighty God never fails. Lift up your heads, for your redemption draws near. (Luke 21:28) Praise the Lord for our salvation!
